Restar Acquisitions operates a text-messaging program for people who have asked us to contact them about a property. If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated and personalised text messages (SMS and MMS) from us at the mobile number you provided — including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Messages relate to your property: offer amounts, scheduling a walkthrough, and closing status. If you separately ticked the marketing box, you may also receive local market updates and future offers.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase, of selling your property, or of receiving an offer.
You opt in by ticking the text-message consent box on our offer form, by texting our published keyword from a sign or mailer, or by asking us on a call. In every case we send a confirmation text and only message you after you reply YES.
Message frequency varies and depends on how your transaction progresses. We may change the frequency of messages, and we may change the phone number or short code the program sends from.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.
Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to leave the program. You will receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed, and after that we will send you no further texts.
Please use one of those keywords. An unsubscribe request phrased another way may not be recognised automatically by the messaging platform. If a request is not honoured, contact us using the details below and we will remove you manually.
Opting out of texts does not withdraw your property from consideration — we will simply call or email you instead.

The program is supported by major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS and Cricket, and by others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
